Information we collect

When you request a callback or begin a financing inquiry, TAIR Trucks may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, housing and employment information, income information, Social Security number, and financing authorizations.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss vehicles, schedule visits, review available financing paths, and—with your authorization—submit an application to one or more participating lenders.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and server-side conversion measurement to measure page views, vehicle interest, and completed submissions. These tools may use cookies and technical identifiers such as browser information and IP address. We send only non-sensitive event details such as the page, vehicle ID, inventory status, and submission result. Form values, Social Security numbers, income, phone numbers, and email addresses are not sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

Sensitive credit information

Social Security numbers and full financing application data are transmitted from buzcar.com to the private TAIR Dashboard over encrypted connections and stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and recorded. These fields are not sent to analytics, messaging platforms, ordinary spreadsheets, or ordinary application logs.

Sharing

With your authorization, relevant application information may be shared with participating lenders or service providers needed to evaluate financing. TAIR Trucks does not sell personal information.

Retention

Financing application information is retained for up to 90 days, then removed according to TAIR Trucks’ retention policy. Callback inquiry records may be retained as needed to manage the customer relationship and business records.
